A really good experience for a 5 day trip to Bangkok

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, the pool is nice though with as much walking as is we did in Bangkok we went nowhere near the gym. They restock 4 free bottles of water a day and theres a mini fridge. It’s also great that they have a tuktuk service to drop you off at either of 2 locations. One drop off site is at a 7-11. The Sukhumvit metro station blue line and the Asok BTS/ skytram line lie within a 5 minute walk of each other. Take the passenger walk bridge to get to these because crossing roads at the traffic signals can take a long minute. The other drop off point is at the Queen Sirikit National convention center metro station which is another station on the Metro Blue line. There is another 7-11 within a 5 minute walk of the hotel so no need to ask for a tuktuk.

Great hotel, meh location

The hotel is modern, with big rooms and lovely staff. The ac has a low fan option that can be kept through the night, comfortable pillows, great shower.

The location is a bit off, especially coming back at night from the metro station and getting back by taxi/grab takes a long time from the center, due to traffic. The Tuctuc service is great for when you leave the hotel though. There is no buffet breakfast available, just a cafe downstairs where you can have breakfast/brunch, but it is not as quick as it would be in a buffet and it is more expensive.

Very Good

Proximity to great venues, friendly staff and well run.

Not being able to use the pool on day of checkout. Departure was 8pm and checkout was 12pm. After 3 nights stay, one or two hours at the pool while waiting for transfer wouldn't have caused the hotel any undue stress.

Tranquil oasis in the heart of Bangkok

Quiet oasis in the buzzing city. Rooms huge and spacious with thoughtful decor. The staff were always very helpful and smiley. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent barista coffee and brunch/lunch options and has a really nice atmosphere. It was really easy to get into the CBD using the free e tuk tuk shuttle service that gets you close to the nearest metro station.

The hotel laundry contractor managed to shrink my woollen jumper, which was a shame. But the hotel dealt with it very well, they were very apologetic, and I got some compensation. Just beware when sending laundry delicate items.

Green oasis with amazing staff

Amazing staff that did everything to make our stay - and that of our baby - unforgettable. The hotel feels small and intimate, which we preferred over the giant high rises. The hotel and pool are beautiful, clean, and modern. Our suite was enormous and got cleaned every day stealthily while our baby was awake. There’s plenty of places nearby and their tuk tuk will drop you off at the end of the street for free.

Free tuk tuk shuttle to and from the BTS and MRT. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cafe/restaurant in the hotel "Lazy Daisy", recommend to book with breakfast. Location near food and massage.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel with great design. Clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and nice. I stayed here for 2 nights and booked another night a couple days later because this was a good and safe choice. The cheapest room for 2 people was a great alternative and you don't have to worry about some rooms being worse than others. The location isn't far from BTS (train) and you can also use a free shuttle from the hotel to the 7-eleven near Exchange tower. Tip for travelers who use streaming services: Press the content button on the remote and search for netflix, etc using the internet app.

Fantastic hotel with really helpful, welcoming and nice staff; beautiful big rooms with all you may need , perfect location and comfortable shuttle on demand. They even arranged transfer to airport at a really good price. Will be back!!

Wonderful

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, big room, nice car parking, quick & decent shuttle service to BTS - everything perfect.

I don't like to arrive at a hotel (that I prepaid) and first thing they want is my credit card to preauthorize a security deposit. They do announce it in their house rules and I guess they have their reasons for it, but still I don't like it.

A modern, small hotel with a stylish look. Comfortable bed. Free shuttle to the metro. Beautiful, peaceful pool.
